Escape are Proud to use Royal Mail for all Deliveries
We ship to anywhere in the UK including, Northern Ireland, Jersey, Guernsey and the isle of Man using Royal Mail’s Standard 1st Class Service. All products ordered by 3pm Monday to Friday are shipped out the same day, all products ordered after 3pm Monday to Thursday are shipped out the next day. There is no shipping on Saturday or Sunday so orders placed after 3pm on Friday or anytime Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
When you place an order we will send you a confirmation e-mail and process your order. We will send you a second e-mail when your order has been shipped.
Orders up to £40.00 – Royal Mail Standard 1st Class - £2.95
Orders over £40.00 – Royal Mail Standard 1st Class - Free
Royal Mail’s Standard 1st Class Service includes delivery to residential addresses on Saturday. No signature is required and all of the packages shipped by Escape will fit through a standard letter box.
Royal Mail aim to deliver 93% of 1st Class post the next working day after posting, however, they are unable to provide a guaranteed service. You should allow up to 5 working days for delivery before contacting Escape or Royal Mail. Escape can provide proof of posting and will not be responsible for lost or missing Standard 1st Class deliveries. If you use a shared letter box or if you have ever experienced a problem receiving post, please contact us at the time you place your order to request a Recorded Delivery Signed For Service, which we will provide at no additional cost.
Where Recorded Delivery Signed For packages are lost or delayed in transit, Escape is not able to offer a refund or re-ship the products free of charge until Royal Mail have completed a missing items investigation. Royal Mail require that 15 working days have passed from the date of posting before they start an investigation.
If you should have any shipping problems please be aware that these stipulations are strictly adhered to and our staff do not have the authority to change Royal Mail policy. We appreciate your continued custom and sincerely hope that you never experience any shipping issues. Please be considererate if you experience a shipping issue and understand that we as a company uphold the highest standards of service but can on occasion be let down by Royal Mail.
